We understand that life comes up, kids get sick!
We simply ask for as much notice as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as you’re able. For same day cancellations, a $40.00 fee will be charged, to cover the SLP’s time they spent preparing for your appointment: planning, prepping and setting up the room. You can call in a credit card number to process this payment if needed. You can cancel your session, by emailing your SLP, or calling our office at 780.266.7709.
We charge a $50.00 fee for an appointment that you fail to show up to, with no notice provided. This fee covers the SLP’s time they spent preparing for your appointment, as mentioned above. You can call in a credit card number to process this payment if needed.
If you are 15 minutes late for your schedule appointment, it is considered missed.
